PRIVACY POLICY (RGPD)

Ghanimé s.à.r.l, in its capacity as Data Controller, attaches great importance to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data. This policy aligns with the new European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on 25 May 2018.

The purpose of this notice is to inform you about the use made of the personal data we collect and about your rights.

How do we collect your personal information?

We collect information in particular when you give us your business cards, when you hire a photo booth, when you send a database, when you check in at your event, when we have already organised an event together, or when you ask to receive our newsletter. 

The information collected includes (in whole or in part): your name, your e-mail address, your company, your business address, your telephone number (business and/or private).

Why do we process your personal data ?

Your personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of:

  • Drawing up invoices
  • Project follow-up
  • Promoting our services
  • Expanding our customer portfolio
  • Improving our customer service
  • Customising your team building
  • Responding to your requests to organise events

 

What categories of personal data do we collect ?

The personal data that you voluntarily communicate to us is as follows:

  • Identification details (surname, first name)
  • Contact details (business or private postal address, business or private telephone number, business or private email address)
  • Images and videos
  • Transaction data: information relating to payment methods
  • Health data (diet)

 

How long do we keep your personal data ?

Your personal data is kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

With whom do we share your personal data ?

Your data will be treated confidentially and will only be shared with third parties where this is useful, necessary and in accordance with the law. To this end, only authorised persons will be able to access your personal data for the purposes set out above. In addition, your data may be shared with service providers, particularly in the case of outsourced event management or IT outsourcing. In the latter case, we ensure that your data is stored and processed in the European Union.

Security of your personal data ?

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to ensure the security of your data. 

What are your rights ?

In accordance with the law, you have the following rights:

  • The right to information.
  • The right to access your data.
  • The right to rectify your data if it is incorrect or obsolete.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
  • In certain cases and under the conditions laid down by law, you also benefit from the following rights:
  • The right to request the deletion of your data.
  • The right to request that the processing of your data be restricted.
  • The right to object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds.
  • The right to portability of the data you have provided to us (i.e. the right to receive your personal data on a machine-readable medium), insofar as this is technically possible.

How to unsubscribe from our newsletter

If, at any time, you wish to unsubscribe and no longer receive emails from us, please let us know by sending an email to answer@ghanime.lu. If you do not unsubscribe, we will assume that you continue to agree to receive our newsletter. In order to comply as closely as possible with current regulations, we undertake to update this information notice whenever necessary.
